Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Lauren completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of the Western Cape. With over 10 years of
clinical experience, she has worked across a variety of settings, including public health, private hospitals, and private practice. This diverse background has
allowed her to work with patients across ICU, general hospital wards, and outpatient rehabilitation, treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Lauren made the move to Australia to continue growing as a physiotherapist while sharing her knowledge and passion for helping people move and feel their best.
She enjoys treating a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, orthopaedic conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation. Lauren has a particular interest in
women’s health, supporting women throughout their antenatal and postnatal journey, and loves helping women navigate pregnancy, postpartum changes,
pregnancy-related pain, and
pelvic floor concerns. She understands that every body and every story is different, and she loves working closely with clients to create treatment plans that feel right for them.
Lauren’s treatment approach is individualised and evidence-based, combining hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, exercise rehabilitation, and education to
help patients understand their condition, reduce pain, and achieve long-term results. She believes in working collaboratively with her patients to help them return to the activities they enjoy with confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys staying active through Pilates, hiking, and strength training at the gym and love spending quality time with family and friends.
