Emily is a warm and down-to-earth physiotherapist who’s passionate about helping people feel stronger, move better, and get back to doing what they love—pain-free.
She graduated with Honours from the University of Queensland and has since worked with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, supporting individuals through injury recovery, chronic pain, and the many physical changes life can bring.
Emily has a special interest in women’s health, and loves helping women navigate pregnancy, postpartum changes, pregnancy-related pain, and pelvic floor concerns. She understands that every body—and every story—is different, and she loves working closely with clients to create treatment plans that feel right for them.
Her approach blends hands-on therapy, dry needling, and functional exercise, always backed by clear education and support to help clients take charge of their health. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing ongoing pain, or just wanting to feel stronger, Emily will be with you every step of the way.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her on the badminton court or in a Pilates class—both of which inspire her love for movement and whole-body wellness. Emily believes physiotherapy should be collaborative, empowering, and even enjoyable—and she’s here to help you feel your best.
